L’attenzione del gruppo consiliare del PD in materia di politica del personale rimane alta poiché stiamo registrando un grande malcontento del personale comunale che, lo ricordiamo, è fondamentale per il perfetto funzionamento dei servizi che il Comune eroga ai cittadini. Contrasteremo con forza la politica del personale della Giunta Cattaneo che vuole chiaramente sottomettere i lavoratori del Comune con modalità di velato ricatto politico sostituendo il diritto con il favore. In quest’ottica abbiamo contrastato la proposta del Sindaco di trasformare l’indennità di turno delle maestre (un diritto) con un meccanismo di premi da rinnovare di anno in anno e discrezionale (il favore).  All’inizio della legislatura il capogruppo Francesco Brendolise had clearly said that we would be in the city's spokesman in this city who have no voice or not strong enough to be heard.
